In The Heart Of St Andrews
Welcome to 3a Howard Place
Our home from home in the Kingdom of Fife
This stunning property in the Category B listed Georgian terrace that is Howard Place is in the very heart of St. Andrews. This fantastic large apartment is spread over two floors and can comfortably accommodate up to nine people in its four large double and single bedrooms. The property is furnished to an exceptional standard throughout. Retaining many of its original Georgian period features but complementing them with the contemporary and digital mod cons one would expect to find in a luxury home from home.
It is almost impossible to better the location of this comfortable apartment in Howard Place as it’s only a stones throw from the historic beating mercat heart of the ‘Old Grey Toun’, and a short pitching wedge from the famous Old Course. The apartment’s location means that during their stay our guests are only a short walk from the home of golf’s oldest legendary Links courses, the iconic Royal and Ancient Golf Club, West Sands beach of Chariots of Fire fame, the ruins of the 13th Century Castle, and the remains of Scotland’s largest and most magnificent medieval cathedral, and the ancient buildings of Scotland’s first and the UK’s 3rd oldest university, or the vibrant town centre with its array of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes.
There is no dedicated parking for 3a however on-street parking is ample and the large Petheram Bridge car park on the edge of the North Haugh is less than a five minutes walk away.
