Great flat and a great host who was always very responsive. The flat is in the most perfect location. Its huge with lots of room for two families. The bedrooms are really comfortable and the common areas are well furnished. A great stay! Thank you.

My wife and daughter just finished our stay at this home and it is absolutely perfect for the quintessential St Andrews stay. Wonderful location, very clean and had all of the things that you would want and expect from high-end rental property. Just a beautiful home!

Lovely holiday apartment in the heart of St Andrews which feels like a home away from home. Location was ample for being able to walk to the golf courses, beach, shops and restaurants. All rooms are very spacious and clean, also overall booking / checking in process with the hosts was simple and easy

We had a great stay for 3 nights at 3a Howard Place. The townhouse is ideally located in St Andrews for all amenities (restaurants, golf, shops). The decoration of the townhouse was lovely, with high ceilings and very spacious rooms (and the showers were great!). The hosts had left clear instructions which were easy to follow and we had no problems following these to access the property. Having stayed in a number of holiday properties in St Andrews I will always recommend this one going forward and have no doubt you’d have a great stay here.

Fantastic large house and every room is beautifully done. 
Plenty of space and the living areas are done perfectly. Will definitely be booking again in the future. Loved the fact that the rooms had Sonos speakers.”
